You could say I am a frequent trader.

Futures - most every day. 1-3 per day. Some times will hold overnight at key turns.

I don't day trade stocks, that's what futures are for.

Equities, options - as required. When a long term trend is in play, I hold. Those don't come by all that often, so I am generally entering or exiting swing trades fairly frequently.

Hasn't been any of those (long term trends) lately - so its all swing trading and a lot of cash holdin' as of late.
