Not at all, you need a key reversal for the first day to anchor the pattern, it's not there in that chart...

CNBC was very vocal this week about the lack of conviction and low volume market action...well, the answer may well be very simple:

Most of the major indexes are forming the handle area of the cup with a handle basing structure...the Naz chart above with the volume bars if viewed from that perspective would suggest that the volume dry up is a bullish development which typically occurs at the tail end of the price pullback ....
