Kerry will leave Iraq in a correct fashion IMO, and he knows how to do it IMO.
Don't expect his specifics until he is in office.
I, in his shoes would not give those to my competition.

I will now go watch some HDTV in glorious color on a 56" electronic thingie, and escape these ever-so-serious subjects.

Kerry is going to internationalize the peace-keeping in Iraq and undo some of the tremendous mistakes Bush made. DOn't blame Kerry for the mess, it's not his making. He will do the best he can to end the Iraq conflict and bring our boys home within a year or two. Only Halliburton and Exxon will lose out. Everyone else will win.
