I doubt it. You are a democrat through and through. You want others to pay your taxes and enjoy tax laws, but call them loopholes when others do it...

I lived in a 2/1 foreclosure in a barrio (Eastside neighborhood) that I bought for 67k in 1993 (after the last crash). It's about a mile from the ocean, and I could see the ocean from my front and back yards. I do miss the place, but if I lived there I'd have to work. Better to wait for the crash. There's no bubble here, and weather is an interesting change. (for a while) I wanted to stay on the W. Coast, but couldn't find anyplace I thought was underpriced, after driving up and down the coast from San Diego to Vancouver twice searching in my camper van. I'm in another foreclosure I bought for 46k here in SLC. It'll take me two years to fix it up, then I'll sell it for much more than I paid for it, tax free
