Two handed fling with a one once sinker plus two treble hooks. Nailed me right in the middle of my back on the forward part of the cast. I almost got knocked out of the boat. At least I caused him to get a nasty back lash while I laid there stunned and bleeding.

I did see a snagger get nailed. Salmon quit feeding when they spawn and snagging is legal in some areas. Surf rods with 6/0 trebles loaded with 2 ounces of lead are flung. One guy had turned around to tie his line and caught one right on the hairline on the fling part of the cast. Peeled back part of his scalp and coldcocked him. I will say his buddy did drag him to shore so he wouldn't drown before going back to snagging.
