Re Iraq, looking forward to hearing what Bush has to say. His last public speaking gig didn't go over very well; at least he has nothing but improvement to look forward to. Some strategist here always says 'when expectations are rock bottom, there is nothing but improvement and surprise to look forward to' or some such thing. That probably works for Bush this time around. Although with the subject matter as serious as it is, it will have to be an extraordinary turn to actually make a difference in the long run, not just the latest poll.
