right, oil is not affected by the decline in the USD. Please. Put down the dubyanomics correspondence course textbook.

Robert Rubin, who pretty much could destroy any of the substandard Bush economic team on any issue, engineered the strong dollar policy in the early 90s as we were coming out of the last Bush recession. THAT recovery was solid, included wage growth and jobs. This recovery stinks. Time to revise the strong dollar policy.
