However, within the halls of the UN, you are not only incorrect, the scenario I painted represents business as usual. As for my son, I would be far more outraged Surely. But as you say, that would be between you and your son, particularly in the circumstance that the police will only arrest people who haven't bribed them sufficiently (again a common scenario in most parts of the globe).
