Dave did not turn this into a moderated thread...The fact you claim SI/Dave will be judging each post and letting only those he likes stand, is just ridiculous. SI/Dave is/are, simply enforcing it's TOS, not moderating or being judge and jury. I am sure you can post any opinion you want and you wont see SI/Dave yanking it off the board, as long as it is a mature post without non stop vulgarities and insults. All SI was doing was enforcing it's TOS, imo. Dave said he was here..said he would be watching, and certain people continued to break SI's TOS....I for one do not want to see this turn into anther Yahoo, so I am grateful we have people like Dave watching over things and keeping this a respectful site....You should be too.

Swing and a miss. It makes no difference to me what gets posted, as long as it abides by the TOU and is generally on-topic. Controversy is good. Disagreement is good. However, there is a recurring theme where the discussion gets personal and turns into a flame war, which is when both I and past admins have intervened. For example, you've had 7 messages deleted from this thread for TOU violations, only one done by me. And, there were other admin-issued bans on this thread before I banned Pat for his repeated violations, no different than those he had been warned and suspended twice for by two other past admins. So, your claim of "You and you alone have made this thread a MODERATED thread with you being the Judge and Jury as to what you will allow to be posted." is simply contrary to the facts.
