It's a bit confusing. Sometimes the loudmouthed threads are entertaining. I know it's a delicate line, but part of the spectacle of this thread was how it reflected all the controversy around the bu$$...and that in itself is the essence of this "story" stock. So in a way it's revealing of sentiment, which is something even people focussed on t.a. like to look at.>> All I know Jill is there is a line in the sand that shouldn't be crossed...a certain degree of insults and etc are going to happen....IMO, Pat wen't way overboard and crossed that line many times. He knew SI was watching this board, yet he continued in a very ugly way so I dont think SI went overboard at all...I think he got ample warnings and suspensions and finally SI had no choice but to enforce it's TOS.... With that said, I have no problem with Pat posting if SI 'un-bans' him, as you know my opinion...and that is I like to hear all opinions and all sides of the coin, so I have no problem with Pat posting as long as he can do it in a mature and non insulting manner.....On a market note....I was driving yesterday and there is a radio show that airs on saturdays called "money talk"..they have guests come in and talk about the markets and allow callers to call in their questions....I dont recall who the 'talking head' was, but I was amazed...this guy was talking about how great everything was...how rosey everything was and said the next 5 years are certain to be very bullish...one caller called in and said he was retiring in 3 years and NEEDED the money then and he was wondering if he should put it in the market, part in the market, stay conservative, or what.....the 'expert' told him something like "as we have been telling everybody in our newsletters, there is no chance of a bearish market and we recommend heavy exposure to equities at this time"....went on to tell the guy to put ALL his money into equities and he'll be a millionaire by 2007......I was jumping in my seat wishing I could have recorded that guy.....I certainly hope he is correct with his forecast, but I also have to wonder how in the world they can see things the way they do...and how he can recommend somebody that will NEED the money in only 3 years, to go 100% long right now....I sure hope for the retiree's sake, that either this guys forecast is correct or the retiree didnt listen.....I see very tough times ahead and certainly see no signs of a raging bull market anytime on the horizon.....again, hope I am wrong....
