oh yeah I'm a real left winger ... you right wingers are so extreme you really are clueless. California is a PRO BUSINESS STATE with a GDP that puts us between #5 and #7 economic engine of the world. Alabama and other red states lick the soot off of californias boots and could never survive without the blue states providing the cash for the entire country. BUSH is an economic disaster, a titanic who has caused 10 years of damage in only 3. I am an investor and don't want any more of this bush nonsense. I guess to you every investor is a "leftie".

Most of Bush's "growth" is pure deficit spending, including war spending. The GDP measuring system counts debt spending as a positive but it isn't really. It also does not subtract for environmental damage, for decreases in the standard of living, for job insecurity, lost benefits, falling wages, etc. Bushies love to use GDP but it is really a mirage. The "growth" is just credit card spending.
