Any unforeseen terrorist catastrophe could be short-term shattering (though a good buying op); the election is a huge deal, maybe one of the most important elections in decades; how much will greenie raise rates, and what will the dampening effect be on the housing market and when, etc etc...70% of americans now own homes. >> Yep, all great points, and I could spend days adding to them <g>
