Of course, without seeing the details, one can't second guess what a court might do with these suits. But they looks so much like typical lawsuits charging misrepresentation and violation of the disclosure laws, most of which suits go nowhere, I predict these suits will also eventually be dismissed. To avoid being frivolous, the plaintiffs have to show a cause of action, and they may have one. In that event, Lexar will probably make a deal with the lawyers to call off the dogs, giving the law firms a few bones for their trouble, while shareholders gain nothing but additional legal expenses deducted from company earnings.
