I believe all Chinese fabs are currently 200mm. Usually new fabs would be built for 300mm. It would only make sense to "convert" 200mm to 300mm if the older fab has low enough value to make it more economical than build new and sell or use old.

I think you can use manufacturer and product number to get chip specs, but I don't know if line widths and wafer size are included in the specs.
