I do make inferences about slanted one-sided material which is exclusively condemnatory of the US. I infer (or deduce) that the creator or disseminator of the slanted material has a bias or has been propagandized into adopting a biased view. Seems a logical inference to me. I realize that the phrase "presents the US as essentially the sole source of evil" might be an overstatement or exaggeration. OTOH it might not be. Some people certainly sound like they think that.
