Is it OK then if I complain about the same things that marginmike pointed out? If my drawing attention to these statements is going to count more (as a paying customer and all that) here it is:

I however do not understand why SI DAVE needs to monitor a thread - It should be monitored by the moderator who created the thread. The SI police have been very haphazard in how the enforce TOU. I have witnessed the random, and often hypocritical (as certain owners of IHUB and SI broke their own TOU) actions of The SI police. I have seen posters whom I value here on SI leave because of this behavior. I have seen recently SI Dave antagonize others (Jay Chen as an example). It is not just what they do, its kinda how they do it. We in essence are the customers here, and I think SI needs to understand that better. I have been threatened, cursed at, and worse on these threads. I have sent notices out to SI and nothing got done. There is haphazard enforcement, which I think is patently unfair. I have been a model SI citezen so its very hard for DAVE to push me aside, and ignore my rants. If I had been other posters I'd probably have been booted allready. Yet I ask SI to hold accountable their decisions to boot certain memebers and I get glib, sarcastic replies rather then fair explanations.
