TA: This is why I love TA - it doesn't complain and it doesn't explain. I reckon that the dollar sold off as it is intermediate term overbought against a downward sloping to flat 55 week ema. But that is a bit of a mouthful. My IT_Leading signals are Dollar-Bearish and it appears that we may well rally to determine whether we get i) Inflationary Pressures (new confirmed dollar low) ii)Deflationary pressures (a failure low followed by a new dollar high) The path of maximum pain is ii) in my opinion. -macavity (Long EUR short USD)
