You may need a steering gear box adjustment or new ball joints if it wanders back and forth.

I dont know anything about Scouts, but when it wanders you have to look at the pitman arm and see if it is the right length to keep the tie rod and the drag link relatively parellel to the ground. If you did put a suspension lift on and it was over say 4" usually need to replace the pitman arm. Did a 4x4 shop do this work? jdn
