Speaking of cowering, what do you think about the rumor that kerry executed a cowering VC who had lowered his weapon and ran around to hide behind a building? For this he was decorated with a Silver Star. If the rumor is true kerry should have been courts-martialed under the Article of War. I don't know if it true or not, but I have asked for the supporting documents for his Silver Star which would end this discussion once and for all.

Kerry's 1st tour was on board a navy vessel. His medals were a result of his 4-MONTH tour in-country. Your "Rambo" referral does seem appropriate since there is something very "Hollywoodesque" about his military record. I understand your frustration with a person who served honorably(although ambitious for medals to the point of embarrassment), and then proceeded to diminish the effort with his congressional testimony. It demonstrates to what lengths John Kerry is willing to go in order to win political office.
