Holding people in secret, incognito, and indefinitely by claiming that they enemies of the state sets a very bad precedent.

I was all in favor of it as a temporary step, and remain in favor of it as a temporary step, but there need to be safeguards in place so that there is some kind of independent review that the detention is warranted in the first place, and that it's not abused.

I would never give President Hillary Clinton this power.

Your BS comments about the US being a totalitarian state are hardly credible,

The current Admin started to act like a totalitarian Admin. But there's still the Supreme Court.
And now, in times of an obvious awakening, the people of the USA start MovingOn.

BTW, I was among the first to predict a landslide election.
It's not going to be a landslide for the Democratic candidate, but a landslide against the current Admin.

Vive les Etats-Uni!
