T - Re: "You can't borrow money to rent." Well right now, they'll lend you money for anything. Please, please borrow! My radio wants me to hear that the rate is so low (Fed Funds rates 1% -but try to get it ;-) , that I simply must get more indebt. With constitutional requirements that our currency be precious metal backed, I simply don't understand how they can do it ;-)
