TP, as you know I didn't designate it as such. It was done long ago for both technical and resource reasons, both of which are still valid. There are features both in development and on the drawing board that will address these issues in a substantive way. Hopefully, we will successfully accommodate both those who want to see a return to civility and on-topic posting, as well as those who prefer more lenient standards. EDIT: I just looked.
