Clinton Slams Bush's 'Unilateral' Foreign Policy
thelouisvillechannel.com

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- Former President Clinton said he has "a different world view" than the Bush administration.

Speaking in Brazil, Clinton slammed what he called the administration's "unilateral" foreign policy. He said that the U.S. needs to bolster international organizations and develop more international partners.

Clinton also took issue with Bush's actions in Iraq, saying United Nations inspectors should have been allowed to finish their work.

He said any military intervention should have involved the U.N. and a bigger multinational force -- rather than the "coalition of the willing" there now.
