Do those who seek to deny Americans the benefit of their own inalienable rights deserving of having their own recognized?

And those who dont' seek to deny?

Those who are unjustified labeled as a terrorist?

Say some Afghanian peasant caught by incident or denunciation by a private enemy and deported to Guantanamo?

How many of them are there? And in the other Gulags? How many of these Gulags exist, even secret ones?

What kind of protection do such innocents have?

A military defendant choosen by the "L'Etat c'est Moi" Governement?

Hi Hawkmoon; I see that you are trying to argue about the law with CobaltBlue. You should take into consideration the fact that a very high percentage of lawyers vote Democratic, and give up. That she once was more willing to support the fiasco in Iraq was probably due to a temporary madness induced by fear of terror. Maybe if there's another big attack she'll come round again.
