I'm not surprised by the 80%. I bet that it is closer to 95% with the delta being those who are just playing on appearances. And I am less concerned that the percentage is high with the muslim world, I am more concerned that the legitimacy and justification comes from our own people (some of whom, have joined our little thread). It is a common theme though. The whole situation in israel has been used as a common affront against all Muslims by the jews. And yet, the vast majority of Muslims have never been to Israel/Palestine and have no real connections there.
