What about the mercury emissions from power generation by coal? I see much of the mercury levels in fish being attributed to coal burning power stations. The current 1 ppm safety level should be reduced imho, so mercury emissions need to be reduced too.

Hi, Elroy J, I didn't say before burning. In fact, I mentioned SO2 which you can't get from the sulfur compound impurities in coal unless you burn it.
