I dont know but i would love to see that debated. A key zinni point last night was that troops were needed to lock down the borders. I know thats not easy but if we constantlly use the line that we would rather fight the bastards in bagdad rather than NYC, we certainly should rather fight them at the borders than in bagdad. All these suicide bombers are foreigners and not iraqis. IF we could have given the iraqi a modicum of security in the Triangle, perhaps we would have a chance to succeed. Now we rely on them as of 6/30 to some how make a go of it. HOW????? mike
