I personally think he is being overly optimistic when he says the individual will win over the state in the fight for liberty versus the state fighting for control. The government's strategy for control of the masses is so overwhelming I don't think the people have any chance against it anymore. The state has nearly completed a strategy for control that leaves few loop holes for escape. And the state has overwhelming power the people can't fight. And who's fighting it now anyhow? Most people are not even aware there is a problem.
