But you should understand the reason the question is asked is to highlight the differences you explained.

Your suggestion makes about as much sense to me as asking Tony Soprano for access to his prisoners.

So, you think Tony Soprano should continue to not be held in any way accountable, and to just kill at will, with no questions asked. All the while, telling the world to go pound sand.
