Let me get this straight--you believe it would have been more appropriate for Pres Bush to throw down the book he was reading to the children, startle them by jumping up & rushing out of the room? Maybe you're not aware that the President is surrounded by all sorts of aides and does not need to scare small children in order to act presidential. BTW, I'm sure everyone here agrees that Pres Bush gave an outstanding & informative speech tonight. John Kerry would put all of us asleep after speaking for 30sec.
