I have lived in a community where unemployment was 22%. It's not a pretty picture...but it sure isn't 60%. once you get over 20% and start heading to 30% you have real problems. Imagine over half of the people don't have work or income. What are you going to do for money...food? You're going to steal because you need to feed your family. I have a feeling that Bush's plan didn't include the Iraqi people, because Bush's plan doesn't include the American people. Orca
