Once again... WOW. "They changed their mind because they had a new vision of the future, ... Was that vision to allow grain to rot in trucks because the infrastructure (economic collapse) no longer supported moving it to storage or processing it into bread. Quite a vision those Soviets have. The new vision for the Soviet Union is what exactly? I've never heard of a new vision that amounted to non-existence.
