Smilin' Joe Biden and the slimy traitor, John Kerry, actually DO have an "Iraq plan": Go to Europe and give passionate blow jobs to subuman morons like Schroeder and Chirac, and offer to restore their GRAFT money on the backs of the Iraqi people. (Of course, WE pay too, because Kerry blocked ANWAR drilling.)

And Kerry is RUNNING on that platform...
