A lot of big blue-chip old econ names are cheaper than they have been in years. They've been out of favor since their blow-off top 7 years ago. A drop in oil is the fuel for a run here into the election. Big Business and Wall Street love Bush, and they will give him as much of a tailwind as they can. Use options/leaps. I'm looking for the Dow to reach a record high or close to one by mid-August. Bush will running on the economy by then, not the war. Just my guess from here. Watch for Greenie to stay on the sidelines and be quiet _ for the time being. He'll raise rates after the election, regardless of who wins. PB
