OT You are very lucky to have an Ethiopian food place where you live.

My father lives in Tucson, not known as a cosmopolitan mecca. I live in Northern Virginia, where there is a good choice of Ethiopian restaurants within easy reach, along with just about every other ethnicity. I ate Ethiopian just Sunday. Love the stuff. And there are grocery stores that sell the injera so I can fix meals at home when I'm not too lazy. I'm sorry you can no longer find it. It's a unique and special cuisine. Perhaps something new will open up soon where you live.
