From the 10-year report, the cumulative dilutive effect
of stock options is as follows, in M shares:

2003 2002 2001 2000 1999 1998 1997 1996
94 108 163 277 292 363 640 524

The numbers above are the assumed dilution of commons.
I think it accounts for most of the factors you mentioned.

Isn't he the guy who managed to sell a lot of Intel's holdings in
2000 and saved about $4B for the company? In this case
his compensation may be considered as well deserved.

I'll do a "cut and paste" from the spreadsheet I keep on Intel options soon .. but everything you're looking for isn't there.
