it's entertaining to me that Moore is satisfied with using other people's money. A sign of a liberal.

If Moore had any balls or money he would put some weight into his hot air.


Making a movie is a business like any other. You try to get financing but instead of going to the bank, you go to the studios. If you are good and successful, then you get the money....if you're not, the studios blown you off.

Very few filmmakers use their own money.......Gibson was a notable exception. And he used his own money because no one else would finance his film. Consequently, his film made a ton of money for HIM instead of some studio. Most times, though, people like Gibson fall flat on their faces. Making movies is a very risky business.
