Iraq will be secure when it has a verbally anti-american govt allied with the US. That might be a wedge to get terrorists to stop. Thats the one advantage i see to having an iraqi face on things. The terrorist will be attacking respected iraqi folks also out to end the US occupation asap. If the terrorists dont quit the bombings, then iraqis may be more cooperative with iragi and govt and US forces in helping us locate them. Sort of an iraqi Karzai situation which at least gets things under some control. Hopefully blackwell and brahimi can pull this off. Mike
