Even a jury doesn't really determine if someone is guilty or innocent, only if they are believed by the jury to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt or not.

Also a jury can't convict on a 50/50 vote, and they are convened to determine guilt or innocence on a specific charge. Many of the people who don't like Bush don't like him for any number of other reasons besides his Iraq policy. If someone agrees with his Iraq policy but is pro-choice, and generally liberal on social issues they might vote for Kerry. If they their primary motive is fiscal conservatism or a strong form of libertarianism they might not be able to vote for Bush even if they don't vote for Kerry.

We'll see what the vote is in November.

And Cambodia is no longer communist..........so much for even a mild domino theory.

The domino theory, at least the mild version of it and as far as I can tell many of the less mild versions say nothing about communist advances being impossible to reverse.

If you want to talk about death and destruction certainly the killing fields of Cambodia qualify. Vietnam and Laos didn't have quite as extreme of situation but the boat people weren't fleeing a country full of peace and freedom.

Notwithstanding your defense, the domino theory was a fallacy.......just like there were WMDs in Iraq.

Thanks to these flawed theories too many lives and too many dollars have been lost. I am sick of it!
