Russ --weather is the key now--heatwave would erase the "surplus" vis a vis last year and when WS recognizes 2004 storage crosses the 2003 line later this summer I want to be there. That will be the moment of truth for us. The day I see forecasted heat coming into MW and NE I am going full margin. Until then, heat in TX, FL,AZ, OK and the southern tier keeps the pressure on -as you note --lots of NG turbines there --nuclear units off is a plus- Hot in Virginia today and North Anna unit offline -- Frank
