All of them said, unambiguously, that the Geneva Conventions applied in Iraq. No qualifications. They do apply to those who meet the requirements in Iraq. Have you seen the reports that we have sent some Iraqi prisoners to Guantanamo?

All of them said, unambiguously, that the Geneva Conventions applied in Iraq. No qualifications. Of course it does, John. But as I said, the Geneva Convention specifically rules out fighters not in uniform. No ifs, ands, or buts.
