I'm not sure any kids under 12 where used as suicide bombers but such actions would no longer suprise me. I know they use teens.

Edit -

"On March 24, after capturing a bomb in the bag of 11-year-old Abedullah Quran, probably put without his knowledge, Hussam Abdo, a Palestinian child aged 16 (initially he claimed he was 14) was captured in a checkpoint near Nablus wearing an explosive belt. The child was paid by the Tanzim militia to explode himself onto the checkpoint. IDF soldiers, manning the checkpoint, suspected the child and told him to stay away from people. Later, an EOD team arrived and by using a police-sapper robot, disarmed the explosive belt from the child. haaretz.com. These incidents were both widely condemned in the Palestinian press, and in the Arab world in general...

...Despite the harsh condemnation and internal controversy, Palestinian terror groups such as Hamas, Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades and Islamic Jihad, continue to recruit young children as suicide bombers. On March 31, 2004, Raed Khuweir blamed Palestinian Islamic Jihad in trying to "lure" his younger brother, aged 15, to commit a suicide attack. He said:

:"They crushed my brother. These are dubious people who tarnish the reputation of the resistance by making us look like barbarians who exploit children."

Khuweir explained that his younger brother was brainwashed to do it by an Islamic Jihad cleric and demanded that the Palestinian Authority investigate the incident and arrest those responsible for it. story.news.yahoo.com Serveral weeks after the incident, after the Palestinian Authority did nothing, the IDF arrested Fatah's activists from Nablus, believed to be the masterminds behind the children suicide bomber pheonmena.

The youngest Palestinian suicide bomber was 16 year old Issa Bdeir, a high school student from the village of Al Doha, who shocked his friends and family when he blew himself up in a park in Rishon LeZion, killing a teenage boy and an elderly man."

School trains suicide bombers

By Jeremy Cooke in Gaza

The Islamic Jihad is running a summer school - to teach boys the benefits of becoming suicide bombers.

A new generation of children, Palestinian boys aged between 12 and 15 years old, is growing up amid conflict and violence.

The militant group has a sworn mission to wage a holy war against Israel.

The boys are told not only that it is good to kill, but also that it is good to die.

They learn that suicide bomb attacks have proved the most deadly way to hit the Israelis.

Part of the revolution

Mohammed, a 14-year-old boy, draws himself with explosives strapped to his body, ready to blow himself to pieces if it means killing Jews.

"Yes," he says, when asked if he wants to be a suicide bomber. "I want to liberate Palestine and be part of the revolution."...

PA Called “Women, Children and Elderly”
to Wednesday’s Battle
by Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook, May 20, 2004

Introduction
The Palestinian Authority (PA) has been calling since Monday for “women, children and elderly” to stand in front of Israeli bulldozers and tanks in Rafah even though the PA knew Rafah was the site of armed battles between the Israeli army and Palestinian terrorists.

Israel has apologized over the past two days for injuring and killing civilians during Wednesday’s fighting. The civilians were hurt during the Israeli army operation to search for terrorists and missiles that the PA has smuggled from Egypt.

As PMW has reported in the past, the PA consistently urges civilians to put themselves on the front lines in these military situations. In this case, the PA-controlled daily newspaper called specifically for “women, children and elderly” to enter the fray. The PA intentionally placed civilians on the battlefield, and is ultimately responsible for their fate.

The following is from an article in Monday’s PA daily, in which the PA called for “women, children and elderly” to make an “impassable barrier” in Rafah. The call was answered, and thousands of civilians marched into the heart of the battle, thus setting the stage for the accident.

“Ashraf Jumaa , principal of the Abu Iyad school for organizational staff in Rafah, said to Al-Ayyam that the [civilian] march … will be an impassable barrier for the occupation bulldozers, and will prevent their progress to the Rafah neighborhoods… He called for all the citizens women, children and elderly - to participate… He demanded of all the citizens of the Rafah district, who left their homes and abandoned them, to return to those homes and to stay in them… to cause the failure of the occupation’s plans…” [Al-Ayyam, May 17, 2004]...

" ISLAM’S SUICIDE BOMBERS

by Gordon Thomas

Islamic terror groups are preparing to use children – some as young as eight years of age – as suicide bombers.

They have also drawn up plans for young women – many in their teens – to use strollers packed with high explosives.

In both cases the targets will be the streets of Israeli cities.

The decision to do so was made at a secret conference to discuss how to further escalate the deadly war of attrition which has turned Israel into an already out-of-control arena of hatred.

The conference was held in Lebanon’s Beeka Valley. It was attended by the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

It followed the worst night of violence in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during which another thirty persons died in exchanges of gunfire.

The prospect of using children and women posing as mothers walking their babies is seen as a “desperate attempt to shock both sides” into a cease-fire, a senior PLO source has told Globe-Intel.

The source claimed that “some twenty children, some aged a young as eight years have already volunteered for suicide missions.”...

"This week’s suicide terror attempt by a Palestinian teenager received world attention not because it was the first attempt but because TV captured the striking images of the young boy struggling out of the explosive belt. In fact tens of Palestinian Authority [PA] teenagers, some as young as 13 and 14 have gone on suicide missions, many dying and killing others, because PA society has been teaching children that combat and heroic Death for Allah - Shahada [Martyrdom] are expected of them. PMW has been documenting this Palestinian Authority indoctrination and below are the links to striking examples. When PMW presented these videos at a US Senate committee hearing, Senator Hillary Clinton called it: “horrific child abuse” and US Senator Arlen Specter said the PA were not merely “child abusers” but “civilization abusers”.
