Progress and hope itself depend on looking forward, not back.....<< From what one has seen over the centuries, all this Biblical stuff is indeed an exercise in fantasy and futility -- besides the actual misery it has brought -- and still brings. And what is the worst is that no-one applies the lessons of their religion to solving the problems at hand. Indeed, I find it incredible that in this supposed age of Enlightenment, the world, certainly a lot of it, is sinking back into the Dark Ages. So much for education and "progress".
