Energy notes: 10.5 m bbls imported, fourth biggest on record. Slowed SPR build to only 200,000, and 300,000 last week, versus average over last year of 1,120,000. Still can't get inventory build, gasoline should be doing a seasonal increase, not 0.7 m decrease. Tomorrow's nat gas build compares to 95 last year, so an 80 or lower would be very bullish, seems in the works.
