Sadr killed Khoei and his militia is responsible for damage to the shrine. This is a very treacherous enemy and all this will come to light this is the reason the grandest of the Ayatollah Sistani has been quiet, they want to bring Shiite pressure on him by charging that global forces are destroying the shrines the old tactic of these failed radicals, Sistani will have to face a global call to react but hopefully he wil not and Sadr will be accounted for Khoei killing>>

"We just can't tell you how much we decry the attempts by Moktada's militia, Moktada possibly himself, to violate the sacred holy shrines of the Shia religion for his own personal gain, for his own personal advancement," General Kimmitt said.
