"Of most concern, the official said, is that terrorists may possess and use a chemical, biological or radiological weapon that could cause much more damage than a conventional bomb."

Everything can be used as a weapon. I overheard a trucker this morning say that when they deliver fuel a simple attack can blow them, the tanker, all the storage tanks and any thing within the ignitable radius. Simple one person operation. He indicated that such truckers have been targeted. He didn't say where he got his information about the targeting. Check with people from various trades and each can identify targets within their sphere.

No space guns needed. A hack saw, pipe wrench, bolt cutter or map stick would prove much more deadly if use in a terrorist act.
