Would you be overlooking the fact that a law to remove saddam was passed in 1998 and Clinton signed it?

The question was about invading Iraq.

Are you aware that there is something called the Geneva Convention, which was approved to protect AMERICAN as well as other prisoners, is being violated, and that the White House counsel wrote a memo on how people could "get around" that convention? Or is this just one more "scrap of paper" to be torn up, as Adolf used to say.
