They are apparently ASSuming claims will rarely be paid, sort of a value added proposition. Stock market loves it, and to no surprise, as they don't expect foreclosures either. Of course the only losers are short sellers like me, who make the mistake of regularly taking those anti-hallucinogens. This stuff never seems to end does it?

only one thing is certain: somehow US taxpayers and MM fund investors are owners of that lovely risk
