Ashcroft on NOW. Now mike take a breath and read carefully before you get your guns. The last paragraph of Bush speech the other day regarding the war we did not seek but the one we would not lose got me to swallow hard because i have not thought about that much over the past couple of weeks. America needs a commander in chief and regardless of the fact that many independent and moderates either hate bush, are social libs, fiscal cons, were against iraq or like me find the iraq policy lacking. The Ashcroft talk and the warnings are always appropriate but i believe these are bush admins heavy guns to reverse slippage in the polls. It is what has kept bush competitive and its something that kerry has no gravitas as. This warning is designed to remind americans that they are not choosing a president who can balance the budget but one who is willing to do what is necessary to defend the homeland rather than defend the rights of the terrorists by mirandizing them rather than unclewesting them. I hope this post clears up in your weak mind (g) where i stand and that my only objection Bush reelection has been what i see with my weak mind (no gg), is an operational failure and a subsequent failure to fix things and hold people accountable. I will write no more on this subject i hope and i hope that with all our differnces can find common ground because finding CG is the only way bush wins or kerry faces up to the facts prior to the vote, if possible.
