I did read it and I know enough about scams on both ends of the scale to know that "where there is smoke, there is fire."

I'm not a get shorty person. I just want to make sure there is a level playing field for everyone, not just those with "resources."

I'd welcome a thorough investigation of this issue and it looks like it is going to happen.

Enter "naked shorting German" in google and see what's happening.

Many of the small companies on the list have already had some nice runups the last few days. I think that will continue.
